Participants should prepare for accidents by buying property insurance and shall manage their
 exhibits under their own responsibility.
On carrying the exhibits in and out, participants shall fill in the carrying in and out report and submit
  it to the Cooperative by February 28, 2009.
The Cooperative will provide heavy machinery free of charge at an appointed time and date for
  carrying heavy exhibits in and out. If participants use their own heavy machinery due to the
  character of their exhibit or other reasons, the participants shall bear the cost.
Participants that need heavy machinery should keep the appointed time and date. If a participant
  fails to keep the time and date, the participant will bear the cost for using heavy machinery.
Participants must be careful not to induce an accident during the work of carrying in or out and
  shall be responsible for any accidents that occur.
As a rule, small and light exhibits shall be independently carried in and out.

Carrying out: 08:00 ~ 21:00, March 23, 2009 (one day)

Shipping labels should appear as follows :
Heavy exhibits should be reinforced and dispersed to prevent overconcentrated loads.
Be careful not to damage the floor or the structure, or to spill oil while carrying the exhibits in and
  out and on the entry of trucks. If damage occurs, the responsible participant must undo or repair
  the damage at its own expenses.
On carrying out the exhibits and other facilities, the participant shall make out a package list by each packaging unit and shall confirm its permission for carrying it out from the exposition secretariat. (The package list form will be distributed later, during the exposition period.)
