¡ØDuring the setting up and dismantling of the exhibition, and during the exhibition period (March 14
    to March 23, 2009), the exhibition secretariat will be the office of the exhibition organizer at KINTEX.
The Cooperative will randomly assign the booth location for each participant according to the order
  of application and the payment of application fees, in consideration of the exhibiting area and the
  character of the exhibited items.
Participants cannot rent or transfer booth assignments to a third party or mutually exchange them
  with one another.
The Cooperative will issue a free invitation card (Admission fee: 3,000 won) and distribute 500 sheets to each of the participants, who can use them to invite their customers and related personnel, and to maximize the effects of the exposition. Free invitation cards can be additionally distributed according to the size of the exhibiting area.
For the efficient management of the exposition, the Cooperative will issue different admission cards
  for participants and for regular visitors.
Each participant has to submit a list of its resident members on separate form #1 by February 28,
  2009 for the issuance of admission cards.
Period and venue of delivery: The entrance to the exposition venue March 14 to 17, 2009
The Cooperative will publish a Directory of Exhibitors containing the present condition of the participants, and distribute two volumes to each participant and to visitors during the exposition period for PR.
The Cooperative will establish and manage a bar-code system that maintains information on all
  visitors for each participant. To collect the information, the participant needs to separately apply
  for using the bar-code system and bear an additional fee.
Since the Cooperative establishes the bar-code system, it will not distribute any additional
  guest book.
Participants should submit their trade results and business meeting results during the exposition period on a separate form (distributed afterward).
The Cooperative can make a prior deliberation on exhibited items since the exposition is specialized and differentiated. It can reject any application or order the discontinuance of any exhibition and remove it if the item in question is irrelevant to the exposition.
If an applicant waives participation, the participation fee already paid cannot be refunded in
  any case.
If a participant does not observe management guidelines or obstructs the management of the
  exposition, the participation can be canceled before or during the exposition. In this case,
  the participation fee and other expenses cannot be refunded.
Matters not specified in this detailed management guideline shall be settled through mutual consultation with the Cooperative.
